Organisers have confirmed that the show jumping classes will still go ahead as scheduled from Friday 20 August to Sunday 22 August at the Ballsbridge venue.
The Connemara Pony Breeders’ Society announced last week that the 97th Annual Connemara Pony Show due to be held in September will not go ahead. The organisers vowed that the event will return in August 2022.

In another blow to the showing community, the Tattersalls Ireland July Show, scheduled for 24-25 July is cancelled. The decision was prompted by the evolving public health situation, coupled with scheduling complications over bloodstock sales fixtures.
The six-day 2021 Millstreet International Horse Show CSI2* will not take place this year. This is due to the difficulties in running the show to its traditional standards while adhering to current guidelines. The show will take place from 3-7 August 2022.
