The move comes after First milk bought Fonterra’s 51% share of its Fast Forward whey protein joint venture. From next month, First Milk will become the sole owner of the whey protein concentrate manufacturing facilities based at its Lake District Creamery.
Havero Hoogwegt is a global specialist in dairy proteins and supplies proteins to over 50 countries.
