The conference, in association with Kerrygold, is aimed at food and drink tourism professionals, farmers and food producers. The theme this year is Shifting Plates: Influencing Ireland’s Food Choices At Home And Abroad.
The event takes place at the Shelbourne Hotel, Dublin, on Tuesday, 19 November, and runs from 10.30am to 4pm.
