European Commissioner for Agriculture Phil Hogan will be the keynote speaker at the IFA-European Commission Citizen’s Dialogue in Kilkenny on Friday 20 April.

Farmers, agri-businesses and the general public are invited to attend the discussion on the future of Europe for farmers at 7pm in the O’Loughlin Gaels GAA Clubhouse.

Jim Bergin, the CEO of Glanbia Ireland, James Brett from Brett Brothers Ltd, Philip Tallon from Dawn Meats and Professor Thia Hennessy from UCC will also be speaking.

Editor of the Irish Farmers Journal Justin McCarthy is moderating the session with Hogan and IFA President Joe Healy.
