In the UK, the first early plantings are behind schedule and if the weather does not improve in the coming weeks this could be a growing concern. Demand is also slightly subdued in the UK, with most orders being fulfilled with contracted material. There are reports that an early season is expected in Poland, but also that the quality of material in store is deteriorating rapidly.
