Generally dry with sunny spells in midland and eastern areas. Outbreaks of rain or drizzle in western counties during the afternoon, and will spread further east later, but eastern areas should hold largely dry until night. Winds mostly light but a freshening southerly will develop in western areas later. Highest temperatures 15 to 19 C.
