Quality Meat Scotland (QMS) recently published a new video which advises farmers on the advantages of turnips, particularly as a low-cost option and a valuable source of nutrition.
The video features SAC Beef and Sheep consultant Kirsten Williams, prompting farmers to begin planning their winter crops for 2018/2019 within the coming weeks.
