The World Food Forum (WFF) is organizing a National Youth Food Summit in Airfield Estate bringing together young food enthusiast and sustainable advocates, writes Sarah McIntosh.
The National Youth Food Forum (NYFF), which is Ireland’s World Food Forum National Chapter is organising the event that is taking place on 20 September at Airfield Estate, County Dublin.
Alongside Ireland's Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine and the Irish Forum for International Agricultural Development (IFIAD), NYFF will bring together young food enthusiasts, sustainability advocates and industry experts for a day of insightful discussions, hands-on workshops and networking.
Airfield Estate, a working urban farm and food education center is known for its commitment to sustainable agriculture and food education promoting farm-to-fork principles.

The National Youth Food Summit will feature a series of interactive workshops, panel discussions and a career fair, all centered around agrifood systems, sustainability, innovation and food security, while attendees will have the chance to hear from leading voices in the food industry.
