USDA reports that production of all wheat in Canada for marketing year 2025/26 has increased by 1.9% to 36.6m tonnes.

Pig production in Myanmar has fallen to a USDA-estimated 2.6m in 2025, down from 3m pigs per year in 2021 due to African swine fever, the last case of which was in 2023.
Jamaica – hurricane damage
Jamaica’s ministry of agriculture estimates that the cost of the recent Hurricane Melissa to agriculture was $180m (€155m).
