It’s nearing the time of year for the return of the Sommet de l’Élevage in Clermont-Ferrand, France. The show, now in its 27th year, will take place from 3-5 October and the Salers will be the headline breed, with its national championships taking place. Four-hundred cattle will compete for best-of-breed in the Zénith ring arena.

The Ploughing highlights the nearing of the Sommet event, which needs prebooking to ensure the best possible arrangements can be made for international visitors.

The international lounge is one of these services and provides a service package tailored to cover everything foreign visitors could need – catering and workspace, accommodation bookings centre, free shuttle links from the exhibition centre to town centre and airport, interpreters, guided tours of the show and more.
