Roscommon-based Arigna Fuels has announced a new partnership with ALDI to distribute its smokeless fuels to all 164 ALDI stores across Ireland.
Biochar is a carbon-rich charcoal produced from organic materials. The company’s new 70,000t-per-annum biochar plant was completed in late 2023 and is capable of producing biochar at scale.
The two-year deal with ALDI, worth €1.2m, will see Arigna’s Harvest Flame product available nationwide.
