This week sees the annual Cereals event in the UK. With 25,000 visitors expected over the three days, it is the largest tillage show in the UK. Many Irish companies are exhibiting at the show and tillage farmers are heading over for some pre-harvest information-hunting.
Over the last few years, the event has struggled for both industry and farmer support but it seems that support from both groups will return this year. We will have full coverage of the show in next week’s paper.
