Back during the summer, we published the first IFJ Junior and our team in the Irish Farmers Journal were blown away by the phenomenal response that we received. Such was the fantastic reaction that we knew it had to be a regular part of what we do here in the Irish Farmers Journal.
What makes it such a success – you do!
We asked for your input for this second issue and as you can see from each and every story, you – the young farmers of Ireland – responded in your droves. Thank you, we couldn’t do it without you. To keep this momentum going, we want and need your help again for the next edition.
Can you write a letter to the editor about something that you are worried about or feel strongly about? Can you be our next My Farming Week or Farmer Writes columnist? Can you be our next guest editor? What kind of topics do you want more information on? Is it more on sheep breeds or measuring grass, is it climate and environment or machines.
There are lots of ways to get in touch. You can contact the editor of Irish Country Living, Amii McKeever, at firstname.lastname@example.org, log on to www.ifj.ie/getinvolved or scan the QR code and sign up to get involved in our next issue.
Or simple enter your details below.
In the last junior we asked you to identify a picture and of course it was “happy grass” under the microscope. Winners, your prizes are in the post:
