Over 4,000 people thronged to Cuffesgrange, Co Kilkenny, on Wednesday for the Irish Farmers Journal's Grass 2026 silage machinery demonstration event.
Over 50 machines took to the fields for live demonstrations on the day including mowers, tedders, rakes, forage wagons, foragers and balers.
The event, which was supported by FBD Insurance, brought farmers and contractors through each step of the silage making process - from mowing through to stacking bales and making pit silage.
