Atkins Farm Machinery, Cork based Irish importers for Bogballe and Bredal, has recently appointed Clarke Machinery as Bredal dealers. Bredal lime and fertiliser spreaders will now be available from all Clarke machinery branches. Atkins has also appointed Clarkes Roscommon branch as Bogballe dealers.
In other news, Atkins Farm Machinery has recently made an agreement with TopCon to supply the X25 and X35 units on all Bogballe Isobus machines and standard electronic machines requiring GPS control for auto stop/start and section control.From January 2019, all Bredal machines ordered with electronic control will be supplied ex-factory with Isobus as standard, with or without weigh cells. This offers operators a number of advantages including allowing all weigh cell machines to be completely dynamic, meaning they will calibrate the application rate/flow of material fully automatically. Customers will be able to choose from the X25 or X35 Topcon terminal, with full GPS, auto stop/start and section control on all K series machines and F series machines. Customers can also choose the basic electronic monitor with no GPS.
