Cocktails for the craft beer drinker? That’s what’s on the menu at Galway’s Massimo, which has joined forces with Sligo’s White Hag brewery to officially launch their “fusion cocktails” this Friday 12 May at 7pm with a live demo and tasting.

Pioneered by the creative geniuses in New York bar, Dead Rabbit, ‘Pop-Inns’ are a new range of innovative cocktails and Massimo is creating the first range this side of the Atlantic.

Massimo’s resident mixologist Dylan Murray has blended the White Hag’s range of sour beers with his own gin, vodka and tequila-based cocktails, resulting in a new beer-liquor fusion range of cocktails.
