Ireland's Fittest Family is back in 2019 and the show is looking for farmers or people from farming backgrounds to take part.

Last year, the Coneys from Tyrone, coached by Anna Geary, took home the title of Ireland’s Fittest Family when they defeated the McDonalds from Laois, the Lawlors from Limerick and the Finnegan-Hogans from Cork in the grand final in Croke Park.

Now in its seventh series, show organisers are searching the country to find the fittest, fastest and strongest families to enter one of Ireland's most extreme fitness competitions.

There is also a €15,000 cash prize for the fittest family in the country up for grabs.

What you need to know before you enter

  • For more details, farmers looking to take part in the show should go to www.rte.ie/irelandsfittestfamily.
