Wicklow firefighters were battling a number of fires on the Sugarloaf in the county on Friday evening.
Firefighters from Bray fire crew also had to deal with multiple fires on the Sugarloaf and at the Glencap commons last Tuesday night 24 March.
On Wednesday 25 March, the Greystones crew dealt with a fire at Ballinastoe Wood, which is above Lough Tay.
In Cork, firefighters from Bantry, Skibbereen and Dunmanway tackled a hill fire near Bantry through Friday night into Saturday morning.
On Thursday, fire crews from Bantry and Schull also attended a gorse fire in the county.
It is illegal to burn land during the nesting and breeding season for birds and wildlife from 1 March to 31 August.
Last week, Minister for Agriculture Michael Creed issued a warning to landowners over illegal burning.
“Wildfires put homes and livelihoods at direct risk and cause considerable disruption to rural communities and habitats.
“At any time, but particularly in the current emergency, such disturbance to rural dwellers, including those who are old and vulnerable, cannot be permitted under any circumstances,” Minister Creed said.
