The Agri Jobs Focus runs annually at the end of November in the Irish Farmers Journal.
Every year, this focus offers important insights into the agriculture business, portrays the availability of jobs and identifies new trends in the industry.
It serves as an informative platform for employers, employees and people who are looking into entering a career in the agriculture business.
To gather the statistics for the Focus, two surveys have been set up: an employee survey and an employer survey.
Change of dynamic
Evidently, the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the workplace dynamic and the employee survey aims to gather important statistics to allow employers to cater for the changing employee market.
The Irish Farmers Journal is asking for participants in this online survey to help gather these important statistics.
The answers to the survey will be kept anonymous. We are asking for certain credentials in order to enter you into the draw for a chance to win a €100 One4All voucher.
If you do not wish to enter your credentials, you will still be able to complete the survey but won't be entered into the gift voucher draw.
The employer survey will take no longer than three minutes to complete, the employee one five.
