Lakeland holds June milk price

Lakeland Dairies has set its milk price for June at 25.25p/l before adjustments for quality and volume, representing the third consecutive month at this base price.

“While supply in many of the large milk production regions remains subdued, there continues to be weakness in the global dairy markets. In particular, butter prices are under increasingly downward pressure,” commented a Lakeland spokesperson.
