No need to panic: choose delivery
If you're low-risk, leave the Tesco deliveries for those who really need it – but that doesn't mean you have to shun food deliveries altogether, writes Janine Kennedy.

In these times of self-isolation, social distancing and overall uncertainty, it’s nice to know that there are still local businesses out there that you can support from the comfort and safety of your own home.

Those who are relatively low risk and don’t have to self-isolate will have to brave the shops for some items and it’s been noted that if you are low risk and physically able, you shouldn’t be signing up for grocery deliveries (such as Tesco) right now.

But there are so many food items in Ireland that are ethically produced, top quality and are able to be shipped right to your door. Here are a few of my current favourites.
