Paddy O’s Cereals began when Paddy O’Connell started making granola above his parents’ pub in Cullahill, Co Laois. Since then it has gone from strength to strength.

Now, Paddy O’s is delighted to announce its partnership with the Delata Group, Ireland’s largest hotel operator.

Paddy O’s has a range of products on offer, with a selection of its tasty cereals now available in leading hotels such as The Shelbourne and Ballyfin House.

Production is carried out by Bocomo Foods in the UK, but with Irish-grown oats shipped over and cooked to Paddy’s recipes.

The business is very excited about its new deal with the Dalata Group.

The porridge oats are milled in Portlaoise and grown by farmers in Laois and surrounding counties.

The oats are going to be served in each Dalata hotel in Ireland.

This is good news for the local farmers, as well as for Paddy O’s, which is just dipping its feet into the porridge market.

You can find a selection of products in stores nationwide.
