Weather forecast

Tonight will be mostly dry, with patchy outbreaks of rain over the northwest of the country, according to Met Éireann.

Tuesday will be mainly dry in eastern counties in the first half of the day, with spells of rain in western counties. The rain will gradually extend eastwards throughout the day.

Maximum temperatures will be between 15°C and 19°C.
