We’ll cover everything from grain prices and margins to co-op initiatives and new nitrates proposals.
We’ll be recording the Tillage Podcast live from the stand each day and, as always, hope as many of you can pop in to listen to the talks and say hello.

The schedule for 'In the Tillage Fields' is as follows:
Tuesday 16 September 2pm-2.30pm – head of grains at Tirlán John Kealy.Wednesday 17 September 11.30am-12pm – IFA grain committee chair Kieran McEvoy and joint secretary of the Irish Grain Growers Group Clive Carter.Thursday 18 September 12pm-12.30pm – economics research officer at Teagasc Dr Fiona Thorne.John will chat on markets, prices and where he sees the future of the industry going.
We’ll chat to Kieran and Clive after the tillage crisis meeting and the next moves for farm organisations.
We’ll ask them to outline the biggest challenges facing farmers and for solutions to some of those challenges.
Dr Fiona Thorne will chat through margins for 2025 and how tillage compares with other sectors.
We’ll discuss how Ireland compares with other countries in terms of competitiveness. Fiona will also give an insight into new research that is happening in Teagasc.
