Friday

Rain in the east and south will clear during the morning to scattered showers and sunny spells for the rest of Friday, according to Met Éireann.

Highest temperatures will range from 18°C to 22°C. It will be breezy at times with moderate to fresh south to southwest winds.

On Friday night, showers are forecast to continue in the west and north. Elsewhere, showers will become isolated.

It looks set to remain breezy with moderate to fresh southwest winds. Lowest temperatures will vary from 10°C to 13°C.

Saturday

Saturday is forecast to be a blustery day with good sunny spells and scattered showers.

In the northwest the showers will be more frequent and heavier, Met Éireann said.

Southwesterly winds will be fresh and gusty with strong winds on Atlantic coasts. Highest temperature will range between 16°C and 19°C.

Saturday night is forecast to be mostly dry with good clear spells at first.

However, scattered showers look set to continue to affect the northwest and west and turn heavy later.

Showers are to become more widespread towards morning, with lowest temperatures of 10°C to 13°C in moderate to fresh and gusty southwest winds.

Sunday

Met Éireann has said that Sunday will be another blustery and showery day with good sunny spells.

However, showers will become heavy and widespread during the morning, with the odd thundery downpour.

It will be another cool day with top temperatures of just 16°C to 18°C in moderate to fresh west to southwest winds.

On Sunday night showers will become isolated and later confined to Atlantic coastal counties, with lowest temperatures of 9°C to 12°C in mostly moderate westerly breezes.
