Met Éireann has said that Friday will be blustery with outbreaks of rain and drizzle. It will be most persistent in the north and west.
It has said that the rain will become lighter and patchier towards evening, with highest temperatures of 17°C to 21°C.
There will be fresh and gusty south-westerly winds, strong at times near coasts.
Saturday
Light patchy rain will spread southeast on Saturday, with Met Éireann stating that there will be a gradual clearance to sunny spells and isolated showers in northwest Connacht and Ulster.
Highest temperatures will hit 22°C, coolest in the northwest.
Sunday
The forecast for Sunday is uncertain, Met Éireann has said, but may start cloudy with rain in the north of the country.
It has said it will become drier and brighter later in the day, with highest temperatures of 19 to 23°C.
