I’m on the road to Athlone, to attend my first Green Party conference. It’s the first in-person conference the party has had since entering Government in mid-2020, when the country was in COVID-19 lockdown.
To the naysayers, the doubters and the skeptics, I want to make it very clear: if we get the right supports and fair measurement, agriculture will reach its target, IFA president Tim Cullinan said.
The latest Irish Farmers Journal survey of farmer voting intentions shows little change, but Charlie McConalogue's approval ratings continue to rise.
