LakePatrick seems like an obvious choice, but The Dealer has also come up with Loch Pádraig, Derry Dairy, Border Gold, Brexit Butter and Hanley Vale. Another named suggested is The Only Way is Up, based on the Irish Farmers Journal/ KPMG Milk Price Review. Obviously, these are just some of the ideas and The Dealer is available for future consultation for a small retainer.
