There is a shortage of some electrolyte products on the market, namely Lectade Plus and Glutalyte. The manufacturers of Lectade Plus, Elanco Animal Health, said that it is currently facing a “supply interruption”.

A spokesperson for the company said that it is “making every effort to minimise the impact of this situation and solve the supply issue”.

The manufacturer of Glutalyte, Norbrook, said that while the product is out of stock, it will be available again in April.
