Friday is forecast to start off dry and bright at first, apart from an isolated shower or two.

Met Éireann has said that some sunny spells will develop through the course of the afternoon and evening, triggering a few scattered showers.

The showers likely to be heaviest and most frequent in the west and southwest. Highest temperatures will range between 14°C to 18°C.
