Tonight will be close and humid, with outbreaks of rain and drizzle, heavy at times. The rain will clear southwards early tonight when conditions become cooler and fresher with lows of 9°C to 12°C.

Thursday will be a bright, fresh and breezy day, with sunny spells and scattered showers. Some of the showers will be heavy through the afternoon, especially across northern counties. Highs of 15°C to 19°C in gusty westerly winds.
