Farmers have until midnight on 31 May 2018 to make amendments to their Basic Payment Scheme (BPS) applications without receiving a penalty. Late amendments with additional parcels/plots or amended claimed areas will be accepted online up to and including 9 June with a penalty. Farmers should also be aware that land used to claim BPS in 2018 has to be at your disposal by 31 May (only the person who has the land at their disposal on this date can use it to get paid for BPS in 2018).
