I hear the ICBF is entertaining Russian guests from meat giants Miratorg this week.
The company owns 65 beef ranches totalling 1.3m acres, with just one of their properties holding a fully integrated 200,000-cow feed lot. Last year Miratorg’s total meat output was estimated at 700,000t.
It is understood that Miratorg guests will be talking genomics with ICBF bosses and meeting AI companies too.
