According to our land database, Limerick typically has around 20 public auctions for land each year. One of the first to go before the auction room in 2019 proved successful, albeit after being withdrawn.

Circa 33 acres, located at Ardnamoher, Galbally, Co Limerick was withdrawn from auction at €250,000 or almost €7,600/ac. According to the agent handling the sale, GVM’s Tom Crosse, the deal was done immediately after the auction ceased. The price was not disclosed by the auctioneer, but it is believed the farm sold for around €330,000 or €10,000/ac.
