This property is going for auction on 17 April at 3pm in the Conyngham Arms Hotel, Slane. The farm will be offered in two lots of 27.92ac and 13.59ac, respectively. It will also be offered as the entire. On guide price, auctioneer Stephen Gunne said good land like this is making €12,000/ac to €15,000/ac in this part of Co Meath.

The land at Ballinlough is in one block.

Tillage land

The second holding is 31.77ac at Ballinlough at Knockbridge, Co Louth. This is good quality dry land. It has road frontage and three entrance gates.

The land is currently in tillage but would be suitable for other agricultural usages.

The property is located on the edge of Knockbridge village and is close to all amenities. It lies in five divisions and has well maintained hedges.

This holding goes for auction on 18 April at 3pm in the agents’ sales room. Stephen Gunne said that good land like this making €15,000/ac to €20,000/ac in this part of Co Louth.
