One of the best-loved songs in country music history is once again weaving its timeless charm. Northern singers Kerry Fearon and Jordan Mogey have gone back to the roots of the genre and their rendition of The Red River Valley is proving a sure-fire winner in the country heartlands.

The duet song, produced and arranged by Clive Culbertson at No Sweat Studios, Coleraine, is picking up extensive exposure on the regional and internet radio stations. The song will be included on Kerry’s debut album, which will be on release in the coming months. These are busy times for the young teacher who was the recipient of the Horizon Award for most successful british and irish newcomer of 2016 in recent months. She also presents the Home Grown Hour on Downtown Country, Belfast, at 10pm nightly, and is looking forward to hosting her own show on the Keep It Country TV channel.
