The deadline for BPS applications without receiving a penalty to payments has passed.
Farmers can still apply up to 9 June this year, but they will face a severe penalty of up to 18% of their BPS/Greening payment (1% deduction per working day since 15 May).
From 10 June, there will be a 100% penalty.

Except in cases of force majeure, applications will not be accepted after this 25 calendar-day period has ended.
