Speaking with Harrington, there has been interest flowing from across the county’s border, as both Meath and Cavan farmers have enquired about the holding.

The farm itself is offered in three separate lots. The first lot is an 11-acre parcel of good-quality grassland. The second lot comprises of almost 53 acres and is mixed land, with 20 acres described by Harrington as low-lying. The third lot is 16 acres, while the last lot is the entire.
