The Irish competition, which was held in the RDS this year, is Ireland’s biggest food, drink and hospitality event. The judging panel included award-winning and Michelin-star chef Ross Lewis from Dublin’s Chapter One Restaurant.
Aramark culinary director Derek Reilly said: “Competitions like this give our chefs an opportunity to demonstrate their passion for food. We are delighted with the extremely high standard of all the dishes, and Farid was the most deserving winner.”
