James Stokes was born and reared on a Co Limerick dairy farm. Despite huge interest in the home farm, when it came to setting up his own business he went down the route of poultry.

At age 11, he began selling chickens at Kilmallock Mart and by 13, he had setup his own business, Freeway Poultry.

James sits down with Anne O’Donoghue on this week’s Young Stock Podcast to discuss being in business at such a young age and how Freeway has grown over the years.
