The Irish Farm Centre lost one of its characters with the recent retirement of Noel Kenny from the restaurant. Matt Dempsey described Noel as “the soul of discretion”, much to Matt’s regret, as Noel was frequently present when important confidential discussions were taking place in the Green Room.
Terry Cooke also left the Irish Farm Centre recently following a long career with Macra. Terry was often the first point of contact for Macra members who contacted HQ, and was unfailingly helpful and friendly. We wish both well in what are certain to be extremely active retirements.
