Met Éireann is forecasting that Thursday will be a cloudy day with outbreaks of rain, persistent at first but easing during the afternoon with some bright or sunny spells developing. Winds will be moderate to fresh southwest, with highest temperatures of 11°C to 13°C.
Winds will pick up at night, with a status yellow warning in place for the west and north from 10pm.
