The property is just off the R515, 10km from Kilmallock and 24km from Tipperary town. The M7 and M8 motorways, and Shannon and Cork airports, are easily accessed.

The property is divided by a public road and has over 2km of road frontage and numerous access points. The land is good quality. There is extensive stud rail fencing and a good internal road network.
