The Dealer was intrigued by the vast empire of business interests the well-known Queally family from Co Waterford has built up over the years.
While brothers John and Peter Queally started out life establishing Dawn Meats and the Kildare-based processed meats business Dawn Farm Foods, the family has since accumulated interests in property, pet foods and even bottled water.
The brothers have an estimated worth close to €250m.
