Dog owners are being warned about the dangers of not keeping their dog on a leash or knowing where they are during the day after a sheep was attacked in Wales.
The attack was caught on camera by the North Wales Police Rural Crime Team and while the incident did not happen in Ireland, it is a bleak reminder of the damage a dog or dogs can do to sheep.
In a tweet, the crime team shared the video and viewer discretion is advised.
