Top London hotel Claridges has parted company with its world renowned chef Daniel Humm over the presence of meat on the menu. Humm had wanted to go all vegan for the menus at the top hotel but hotel management didn’t agree. It ended up that the meat stayed on the menu and Humm is leaving at the end of the year. The tasting menu starts at €230/head and not a sign of a spud on it. Give me a quarter pounder with all the dressings any day!
