Users of DAERA online services have been advised to take note of their log-in details ahead of an update of the system taking place on Wednesday.

NI farmers who access DAERA online services through a government gateway account should take note of both their government gateway ID and password before the update.

DAERA has said that users will be asked to re-enter both their government gateway ID and password the next time they try to log on, even if their electronic device has log in details saved automatically.

DAERA online services is used by NI farmers for programmes such as APHIS online, Single Application submissions and CAFRE nutrient calculators.

If farmers cannot see either their government gateway ID or password, details can be retrieved from DAERA by submitting additional information, such as customer ID.
