Animal nutrition company from Belfast, Devenish nutrition, is sponsoring the Meath senior football team for the next three years. It is not clear how much the sponsorship is worth, but Meath GAA chair Conor Tormey said that it is a six-figure sum, according to the Meath Chronicle.

"This represents a substantial increase on previous sponsors, it is a six-figure sum and will cover the costs of the Meath senior football team for the next three years," Tormey said at annual convention on Monday evening in Navan O'Mahony's GAA clubhouse. "Ray Coyle of Tayto Park was aware of this also and told us to take up the sponsorship, but he will also maintain an involvement with us."
