Weather forecast

The north of the country will remain dry but cold tonight with a risk of frost, according to Met Éireann.

Rain is expected to develop across the south of the country during the night with the lowest temperatures expected to reach -1°C.

Wednesday is expected to be mostly cloudy with patchy drizzle. Heavier outbreaks of rain are expected in Atlantic coastal regions and temperatures will range between 6°C and 12°C.
